Goal:     The goals are to teach discipleship, support the biblical example of the parent/child relationship, reinforce and supplement Bible school teaching and encourage fellowship among Christian Youth. The Youth Ministry cannot take the place of the proper family structure or relationship but it is in place to support and strengthen Christian homes and promote a sense of family and community within the congregation.

Age Requirement to Participate:		Teachers must be at least 18yrs of age with some experience with children preferred. Above all you must have a willingness to truly commit on a weekly basis to be a teacher/assistant. You must be at least 18 yrs of age to be a Counselor. Note: Teachers are appointed by Bro.Clinton Miles III.
Age Group Ministry Caters To:		Level I ages 3-6 yrs old Level II grades 1st-5th Level III middle school grades 6-8 Level IV highschool 9th-12th (split)
Number of Members:		10 Teachers/Counselors: Children: 6 - ages 3 to 6 50 - ages 6 to 17
Regular Calendar Events:		T.W.A. (Teen Worship Away)-The youth go visit another congregation and have afternoon/evening worship at a hosting congregation with other area youth.  Every Third Sunday. Contact-Nokomis Johns. Friday Night Youth Fellowship-A night for the young people with a guest speaker, food, games, movies, and fun. Once a month on Friday Night. Contact-Winston Curry. Youth Visitation-The youth go visit various members of the congregation that are sick and shut-in. This is done twice a month after Sunday morning worship. Contact-Archie Veale.

Class Schedule:		Wednesday Night Bible Class For Young People 13 to college age at 7:30pm Contact-Archie Veale W.O.W. (Women of Worth) Every 1st and 3rd Saturday at 12:00pm. A class for young ladies for lessons concerning; purity, God’s authority, decision-making, self-esteem, maturity, love for God, etc. T.E.A.M. (Tomorrow’s Elders/Deacons and Ministers) Every 1st and 3rd Saturday at 12:00pm. A class for young men for lessons concerning leadership, influence, responsibility at home, manhood, and discipline.
